Registered Nurse | Paramedic | Instructor
Jason has been teaching first aid and emergency care for over 20 years. He has dual AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse & Paramedic with specialties in Emergency, Critical Care, Trauma, Aeromedical retrieval & Disaster Management. Until recently Jason was nursing team leader of the Severe Trauma and Resuscitation team in a major regional Emergency Department.
He has authored numerous first aid publications and developed learning programs for RTO's and universities across Australia. Jason specialises in remote area medic work and education. He also has vocational qualifications in Education, Outdoor Recreation, WHS.
Danielle Taylor- Director
Human Resources & Sales Coordinator
Danielle has more than a decade of training, sales and marketing, plus management experience. Having worked for organisations such as Capral Aluminium, Bluescope Steel and CHEP Asia Pacific. She has qualifications in Human Resources, Individual Support, Allied Health & Education Support.
David Beckham
Operations Manager

David joins our team with over 15 years’ experience in major event and disaster management. David’s background is in major event planning (clinical) & disaster management in which he has organised and lead clinical teams for natural disasters and major events like the Brisbane EKKA, Mt Isa Rodeo, Groovin the Moo and the Great Barrier Reef Marathon just to name a few. David holds qualifications as a medic, major incident medical management & support, hospital incident medical management & support, qualified trainer and a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.
Kate is both Senior Medical Officer at Cairns Hospital Emergency Department and provides clinical oversight for all Category 5 operations. She holds fellowships in both the Australian College of Emergency Medicine and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. Until recently she also worked as a Flight Doctor with the RFDS.

Justin is an Experienced Clinician with a demonstrated history of working in complex health/ mental health fields. Advanced Life Support (ALS) qualified. Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) trained. Skilled in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Mental Health, Leadership, and Strategic Planning. A rare Clinician with a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons).
